PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS  (REQUIRED)

Deposit is $350 for Interior, $450 for Ocean View , $550 for all suites. These are per person deposits. After deposit there is a $200 per person cancellation fee.  All monies paid on or after December 1, 2011 are non-refundable.  We strongly suggest Travel Insurance.

Quarterly Payments
February 1 and May 1, 2012
This requires your deposit and then payments on the first (1st) of each of these months. The remainder of your balance is divided by 2 and that becomes the amount of your payment.  After February your payment in full will be due on May 1, 2012.

Monthly Payments
This requires a full deposit based on your selected cabin class due at time of booking (see above). Payments will be divided equally by the remaining months after your deposit with final payment on May 1, 2012.

Auto Pay
Your credit card on file will be charged automatically on the first (1st) of each payment date (depending upon your choice, at time of booking, of Quarterly or Monthly payment plan). If you will be sending a check, they must arrive in house on or before your payment is due.

Late Payments
There is a $35 late payment fee. This will be assessed each time a payment is late.
