Please read the following carefully! This page is to advise you of fees and penalties related to your cruise.
Once deposit is made:
Full deposits are due at time of booking and are subject to a $200.00 per person cancellation fee upon booking. All payments are non-refundable after December 1, 2011. All name changes will be assessed a $100.00 per name Change Fee. (Please determine which party is to be billed prior to making changes.) All fees are per person. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Flying Dutchmen Travel strongly recommends the purchase of Trip Insurance. Certain policies allow for a nearly full refund for almost “any reason or cause” whatsoever.
Excluded Charges:Charges are “cruise only” and are based upon double occupancy, except for “Singles”, and do not include airfare, ground transportation, onboard purchases, purchased drinks onboard or excursions. It does include all meals, shows and onboard events produced by the Blake Shelton Cruise.
Fuel Surcharge: Norwegian Cruise Line reserves the right to implement a fuel charge if oil prices rise above $65.00 a barrel with a maximum of $10.00 per person per day.
Airline tickets issued in association with this cruise are subject to all the rules and penalties imposed by the individual airlines and are nonrefundable once ticketed.
Pre and/or Post Cruise Packages are subject to different penalties for changes or cancellation. These will be determined by the vendors that are used.
If you have elected not to take Insurance, please read the enclosed Travel Guard ProtectAssist Protection Trip Cancellation Insurance brochure. If you choose to take advantage of this insurance please call us at Flying Dutchmen Travel as soon as possible. Please read the Travel Guard form very carefully as the insurance only covers cancellations for unforeseen medical emergencies, trip delay, baggage protection and emergency medical evacuation. It will not cover cancellation because you change your mind. It is your responsibility to understand the conditions under which this insurance will cover you.
If you or an immediate family member not traveling with you has pre-existing medical conditions you MUST purchase this insurance within 20 days of the invoice date. This is not flexible.
