The Stateroom Deposit is due at the time of the reservation.
In authorizing your deposit you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions set forth for this cruise.
These are per person deposits - Deposit is $ 200.00 per person for any category.
3rd and / or 4th guest pricing: Call for rates and availability.
For Interior, Ocean View and Balcony cabins are $242.96 per person. Suites are $263.96 per person, this amount will be added to your reservation.
This requires a full deposit based on your selected cabin class due at time of booking (see above). Payments will be divided equally by the number of months left before FINAL PAYMENT on October 10, 2023.
AutoPay: Your credit card on file will be charged automatically on the Tenth (10th) of each month. Guests assume responsibility to provide updated credit card information for Auto Pay.
Late Payments: There is a $ 35 late payment fee. This will be assessed each time a payment is late. If you are 60 days past due we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
Final Balance Due Date: All monies due must be paid in full by October 10, 2023.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing. Penalties will be applied.
If you cancel prior to March 31, 2023 you would be refunded your payments to date less 3.5% credit card processing recovery fee.
If you cancel April 1 - May 1, 2023 there is a $50.00 per person cancellation fee + 3.5% credit card processing recovery fee.
If you cancel between May 2 - July 1, 2023 you will have a $100.00 per person cancellation fee + 3.5% credit card processing recovery fee.
If you cancel July 2 - Sept. 1, 2023 your penalty is $200.00 per person + 3.5% credit card recovery fee.
If you cancel Sept. 2 - Nov. 1, 2023 there is a 50% cancellation fee + 3.5% credit card recovery fee.
Cancellations Nov. 2, 2023 - Jan. 6, 2024 there is a 100% cancellation fee.
In the event of cruise postponement: If the FDT Cruise is able to offer a refund due to trip postponement, all refunds will be subject to a 3.5% deduction to recover credit card processing fees incurred for payments processed. The only way a refund could be an option would be if the cruise line refunds us. Because this is a large group, their rules are different than a traditional cruise.

Included Charges: Your cost includes the cabin of your choice, port fees/taxes and gratuities, and onboard group events.
Your pricing includes your cabin, all meals (except specialty dining), on board entertainment.
Charges are “cruise only” and are based upon double occupancy and do not include airfare, ground transportation, onboard purchases, purchased drinks onboard, specialty dining or excursions.
Fuel Surcharge: Royal Caribbean Cruise Line reserves the right to implement a fuel charge if oil prices rise above $90.00 a barrel with a maximum of $ 10.00 per person per day.
Airline tickets issued in association with this cruise are subject to the rules and penalties imposed by the individual airlines.
Pre and / or Post Cruise Packages are subject to different penalties for changes or cancellation. These will be determined by the vendors that are used.
Any disputes arising from the FDT Cruise must be settled in California. Information and pricing is subject to change without notice.
