Your choice of accommodations on the SS Maria Theresa, all onboard meals, onboard beverages (including beer, wine, spirits, and soft drinks), gratuities, shore excursions, onboard entertainment, Wi-Fi, group airport transfer at the end of the cruise (ship to airport on 10/29 only, arranged by Uniworld).
Air, pre/post cruise hotel stay(s), transfers airport to hotel or hotel to ship, onboard purchases, private excursions, premium drinks, Port Charges ($200.00 per person, added to your reservation).
Prices are per person, based on double occupancy. Cabins are subject to availability. Certain restrictions apply. All prices are quoted in US Dollars. All itineraries and prices are subject to change without notice. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change.
Payments will be divided equally by the number of months left before FINAL PAYMENT on July 15, 2023. All payments will be scheduled for the 15th of each month. All payments are non-refundable.
Your credit card on file will be charged automatically on the Fifteenth (15th) of each month. Guests assume responsibility to provide updated credit card information prior to the payment due date for Auto Pay.
There is a $35 late payment fee. This will be assessed each time a payment is late. If your payment does not approve on payment day and/or is not paid within 3 business days, you will be considered late. If you are 60 days past due, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. All payments are non-refundable.
All balances due must be paid in full on July 15, 2023. All payments are non-refundable.
All name changes will be assessed a $100.00 per name changed. (Please determine which party is to be billed prior to making changes.)
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. All payments are non-refundable. We highly recommend travel insurance.
We highly recommend travel insurance. Once your deposit is made we recommend that you purchase your insurance within 14 days. Once you purchase your insurance for the cruise, you will need to modify your policy as you add components (air, hotel, tours, etc.) to your travel plans. If the cruise line postpones the cruise and issues a refund to Flying Dutchmen Travel, we will refund you less 3.5% to recover credit card fees incurred for payments processed.
Airline tickets issued in association with this cruise are subject to all the rules and penalties imposed by the individual airlines.
Pre and/or Post Cruise Packages are subject to different penalties for changes or cancellation. These will be determined by the vendors that are used.
Any disputes arising from this must be settled in California. Information and pricing are subject to change without notice.

In the event of a pricing error, misrepresentation, or omission, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing or make any other corrections. We reserve the right to change all itineraries, dates and entertainers without notice and with no further obligation.
Flying Dutchmen Travel and Uniworld Cruise Line neither controls, nor operates, nor are they responsible for the actions of independent contractors such as airlines, railroad companies, tour operators or ground transporters. The above said deny any responsibility for liability for late arrival of your flight or train or for any illness, injury, damage, loss of cruise time or other irregularities resulting there from. You are responsible for arriving at the respective ports on time for embarkation and for joining the vessel at its next port of call if, for any reason you miss a scheduled sailing.
