Your hotel stay at the Westin, Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa, Group Events, Meet and Greets with the artists, Food & Beverage credit of $100 per person, Thursday evening - Welcome reception with appetizers + 2 drinks (cash bar open), Friday night - Campfire Barbecue Dinner (cash bar open), Saturday - Taste of the Desert dinner (cash bar open), Sunday - Gospel Hour. 

Airfare, transfers, taxes & fees, gratuities, drinks, items of a personal nature, special add on events, excursions, golf, and spa treatments. Meals and drinks are not included unless specifically designated.

Your deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your room and event space. 

Deposit is $200.00 per person.

Payments will be divided equally by the number of months left before FINAL PAYMENT on June 20, 2023. 

AutoPay: Your credit card on file will be charged automatically on 20th of each month. Guests assume responsibility to provide updated credit card information for Auto Pay.

Late Payments: There is a $35 late payment fee. This will be assessed each time a payment is late. If you are 60 days past due, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

Final Balance Due Date: All monies due must be paid in full by June 20, 2023.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be requested in writing. Additional hotel nights are non-refundable. 

If you cancel before January 31, 2023 penalties are $150.00 per person + 3.5% of payments made to recover credit card processing fees.

If you cancel between February 1 and March 30, penalties are $250.00 per person + 3.5% of payments made to recover credit card processing fees.

Cancellations on or after March 31, 2023, all payments are non-refundable (100% penalty). All cancellations are subject to 3.5% credit card recovery fee. 

We highly recommend travel insurance. If you have questions regarding trip insurance coverage, please contact  TRAVEL GUARD HERE .

While we do our very best to ensure that information and pricing is complete and accurate, we cannot be responsible for incomplete and inaccurate representations, which may or may not be under our control. In the event of a pricing error, misrepresentation, or omission, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing or make any other corrections.

We reserve the right to make necessary changes to artists and events without notice and with no further obligation. Any disputes arising from the Desert Jazz Festival, must be settled in California.

Airline tickets issued in association with this event are subject to all the rules and penalties imposed by the individual airlines.

The above said deny any responsibility for liability for late arrival of your flight or train or for any illness, injury, damage, loss of event participation resulting there from.
